This role will focus on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting cloud infrastructure, automating operational tasks, and ensuring reliable, secure deployments. Medical device experience is a plus but not required.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Manage cloud infrastructure and containerized environments</li><li>Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions</li><li>Automate repetitive operational and system administration tasks</li><li>Ensure smooth, reliable, and secure deployments</li><li>Contribute to DevOps workflows through scripting and automation</li><li>Provide system performance optimization, maintenance, and escalated production support</li><li>Apply enterprise security policies and standards in all operational duties</li><li>Refine conceptual system requirements into technical designs, job flows, and program specifications</li><li>Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives, system requirements, and performance expectations</li><li>Assist with customer issue resolution and ongoing support</li><li>Stay current on emerging technologies and provide improvement recommendations</li><li>Manage software code projects and participate in project coordination</li><li>Support vendor relationship management as needed<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Required Skills &amp; Technical Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Strong coding skills (testing experience not required)</li><li>Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tools and practices</li><li>Working knowledge of:</li><ul><li>Azure and Azure PaaS services</li><li>CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar)</li><li>Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform)</li><li>Version control systems (Git, GitLab)</li><li>Containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes)</li><li>REST APIs</li></ul><li>Experience or exposure to:</li><ul><li>Automation (testing and/or orchestration)</li><li>Scripting languages</li><li>Virtualization technologies</li><li>Security checks within CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Networking fundamentals (firewalls, load balancers, reverse proxies such as F5 LTM/GTM or Azure-native services)</li></ul><li>Familiarity with development methodologies:</li><ul><li>DevOps (primary)</li><li>Agile</li><li>Waterfall</li></ul></ul><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in:</li><ul><li>Computer Science</li><li>Computer Engineering</li><li>Electrical Engineering</li><li>Biomedical Engineering (or related field)</li></ul><li>0–2 years of relevant experience</li><li>Medical device industry experience preferred but not required</li></ul><strong>Professional &amp; Soft Skills<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels</li><li>Excellent documentation skills that add value to management decision-making</li><li>Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines consistently</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable</li><li>Polished communicator in written documentation, presentations, meetings, and discussions</li><li>Proven ability to build relationships across teams and organizational levels</li><li>Proactive, energized self-starter with a strong willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance</li></ul> </div>
