As the product grows, we want to make the experience more intuitive, polished, and enjoyable across our self-serve platform, enterprise dashboards, workflows, and customer onboarding flows.</p><p><br/></p><p>You will work closely with the founding team and engineers to improve the existing product while helping shape the UX of new features.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a hybrid design and implementation role. We are looking for someone who can understand a product problem, explore the right solution in Figma, and turn it into a polished, working experience in code.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a part-time, remote role for a Designer &amp; Frontend Engineer. Day-to-day responsibilities include leveraging expertise in design engineering and product design to develop and refine user interfaces.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li>Improve and modernize the existing product UI and UX</li><li>Redesign key user flows, interactions, and onboarding experiences</li><li>Create product designs and prototypes in Figma</li><li>Implement polished frontend interfaces in React and Tailwind</li><li>Integrate frontend experiences with backend APIs</li><li>Implement and maintain lightweight edge or serverless functions where needed</li><li>Work closely with the founding, and engineering teams to ship improvements quickly</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-native products</li><li>Experience designing dashboards, onboarding flows, or workflow-heavy applications</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Supabase, Vercel, or similar modern application platforms</li><li>Experience building responsive and accessible interfaces</li><li>Ability to work with an existing design system and improve it over time</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Ideal Fit</strong></p><p>You are not only a designer handing over mock-ups, and not only a frontend developer implementing specifications.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>You can own both:</strong></p><ul><li>the visual and interaction design</li><li>the frontend implementation</li><li>the API and edge-function integration needed to ship the feature</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>This is a flexible part-time or contract role with long-term potential.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>To Apply</strong></p><p>Please send:</p><ul><li>your portfolio</li><li>examples of relevant product work</li><li>GitHub profile or implemented frontend examples</li><li>a short description of your experience with React, API integrations, and edge or serverless functions</li></ul><p>to info@uthereal.ai</p><p><br/></p> </div>
