In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights while designing compelling dashboards and visualizations that support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data-driven approaches.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.</li><li>Develop dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations using business intelligence tools.</li><li>Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to identify trends and generate insights.</li><li>Design and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management.</li><li>Support the development and optimization of data pipelines and reporting processes.</li><li>Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.</li><li>Document analytical methodologies, reports, and technical processes.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest data science, AI, and visualization technologies.</li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>Experience with data analysis using Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.</li><li>Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with SQL databases and data warehousing concepts.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Good command of English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
