We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join an exciting Supply Planning system implementation project. Location: Regensburg (onsite as needed, especially during onboarding and requirements phase), otherwise remote Duration: 6+ months Language: German - required Project Objective: Design and implement the required interfaces and data structures to ensure the successful rollout of a Supply Planning application. Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements • Translate requirements into user stories and technical designs • Implement: Data extractions Data models (especially Data Vault and information marts) Validation reports • Perform or support data validation • Support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) • Align technical specifications with the IT Product Owner Must-have Skills: • Snowflake • dbt • datavault4dbt • Strong experience in data engineering and data modeling Nice-to-have: • Experience with SAP ECC or SAP BW • Theobald Universal Xtract • Power BI • Microsoft OneLake Relevant Data Domains: Material master, Customer master, Bill of Materials, Production orders, Inventory management, Sales & Distribution, Open orders, Shipments, Billings
