You will play a central role in expanding our core architecture, connecting new data streams, and building the analytical tools that power our applications.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Design and build robust data pipelines that extract, clean, and load complex datasets from highly diverse sources.</li><li>Engineer custom data acquisition tools that rely on proxy-routed networks to securely navigate and extract information from complex digital environments.</li><li>Manage and scale our core database architecture. You will work with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) for entity resolution and search indices (e.g., Elasticsearch) for rapid retrieval.</li><li>Develop resilient APIs and backend services to seamlessly integrate new capabilities into our platform.</li><li>Build and refine specialized analytical dashboards and UI components using Vue.js/Nuxt 3, allowing users to interact directly with complex data models.</li><li>Deploy, optimize, and secure our infrastructure across various hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, GCP, OCI).</li><li>Take technical ownership of your projects, from initial architecture decisions to deployment, using standard workflows (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Confluence).</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Roughly 2 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data engineering, or backend development.</li><li>Strong programming skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in building data pipelines, handling unstructured data, or developing specialized data extraction tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of data modeling. You should know your way around NoSQL, graph (e.g., Neo4j), and search (e.g., Elasticsearch) architectures.</li><li>Practical frontend experience, ideally with Vue.js/Nuxt 3, to build intuitive interfaces for complex data.</li><li>Comfortable managing cloud environments (e.g., GCP, OCI, AWS) and navigating modern engineering toolchains.</li><li>You are a pragmatic problem-solver. You care about building secure, highly performant software that works reliably in the real world.</li><li>Fluent English.
