<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Role: Tech Lead- Data Engineer</p><p>Location: Munich, Germany </p><p>Job Type: Contract</p><p>Hybrid: 2/3 days a week from office</p><p> </p><p><strong>Tools/Technologies - </strong>Data Engineering with Snowflake, AWS, DBT, Python and SQL</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.</p><p>· Serve as the primary technical point of contact, effectively bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT development teams.</p><p>· Drive the design, development, documentation and deployment of solutions utilizing core cloud and data technologies (AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Python).</p><p>· Ensure all projects are executed efficiently, adhering to Agile/SAFe methodologies and best practices.</p><p>· Manage communication across multiple internal teams and external partners, clearly articulating the technical vision and progress.</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p><p>· Proven experience in a senior technical role, demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects and teams.</p><p>· In-depth, hands-on experience with <strong>AWS</strong> and <strong>Snowflake</strong> is required.</p><p>· Excellent <strong>team management</strong> and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully mentoring and developing technical talent.</p><p>· Strong <strong>communication</strong> skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.</p><p>· Extensive <strong>working experience in Agile/SAFe processes</strong> and environments.</p><p>· Demonstrated <strong>ability to deal with business stakeholders as well as IT teams</strong>, managing expectations and aligning technical solutions with business goals.</p> </div>
