<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>We are currently seeking a candidate for a client in the plant and power plant construction sector for a temporary assignment (June–December 2026) in Berlin Marienfelde as a</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Data Engineer &amp; Systems Specialist (m/f/d)</strong></p><p><em>Focus: Data Integration, BI &amp; Workforce Analytics (RCAP Capability)</em></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p>The Data Analytics &amp; Systems Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining the data architecture, integrations, and digital tools required to enable the organization’s Resource Capacity &amp; Allocation Planning (RCAP) capability.</p><p>The role ensures reliable data flows, automated reporting, and actionable insights to support workforce planning, forecasting, and portfolio-level decision-making.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Integrate and consolidate data from HR, time tracking, and project systems (e.g., Primavera P6)</li><li>Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models for capacity and demand planning</li><li>Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau</li><li>Automate data processing and reporting workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability</li><li>Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all sources</li><li>Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement and improve RCAP tools and processes</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>5–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or systems integration</li><li>Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data pipeline development</li><li>Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau</li><li>Experience integrating data from ERP, HR, or project management systems (e.g., Primavera P6)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Would this position be of interest to you?
