<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <strong>Data Management and Coordination<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Ensure data collection and input into Winrest is consistent with Group standards.</li><li>Collaborate with operational teams to develop field actions to improve data collection and analysis.</li><li>Conduct working meetings and regular field visits to ensure accurate data collection and address inconsistencies.</li><li>Ensure data integrity is aligned with the global strategy defined by the Managing Director.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>ERP System Management<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Oversee ERP system (Winrest) usage and provide training to ensure all teams are proficient in using the system.</li><li>Ensure ERP data is accurate on an ongoing basis and address any issues with data inputs.</li><li>Support the digital transformation of the company and lead the deployment of action plans within the IT department and the general manager<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Reporting and Analytics<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Create value-added reports and visualizations using SSRS, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.</li><li>Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Present insights and recommendations to optimize processes and support operational performance.</li><li>Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report regularly to the Director General.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Continuous Improvement<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Evaluate current data practices and propose enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with Group guidelines.</li><li>Contribute to strategic decision-making based on data insights.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP or data-related issues.</li><li>Must be located in Frankfurt</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field (minimum Higher Technical level).</li><li>2-5 years of experience in data coordination, ERP system management, or a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, Excel, and Power BI.</li><li>Experience in data analysis and developing reports and dashboards.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to teach and mentor teams.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced English required.</li><li>Availability to travel.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>About Newrest<br/><br/></strong>Specialist in out-of-home catering in 54 countries, and the only player to intervene in all sectors of catering and related services, Newrest is one of the world leaders in multi-sector catering.Our 60,000 committed and talented employees do what is necessary to offer consumers balanced, diversified and tasty meals while scrupulously respecting hygiene and food safety standards.<br/><br/>https://www.newrest.eu/ </div>
