You own the processing, validation, and interpretation of customer revenue and campaign performance data, transforming complex datasets into clear, evidence-based insights that directly support commercial decision-making and client success.<br/><br/>Working closely with Commercial VPs, Retail Experts, and cross-functional partners, you ensure that our Commercial Framework delivers accurate, transparent, and scalable performance analyses. Your workenables us to demonstrate measurable store revenue uplift, strengthen long-term client relationships, and continuously improve how data supports our commercial growth.<br/><br/>Beyond delivering analyses, you actively identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows, improve data quality, and build scalable analytical processes that elevate the maturity of our Commercial function.<br/><br/><strong>Your Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Own the end-to-end processing, validation, and analysis of customer revenue and campaign performance data across multiple retail clients. </li><li>Measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness by analysing store revenue uplift, campaign periods, and print versus digital performance using our Commercial Framework. </li><li>Translate complex analytical findings into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations that support Commercial VPs and Retail Experts in customer conversations. </li><li>Build recurring reports, dashboards, and performance analyses that provide transparency on campaign success and commercial performance. </li><li>Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets through structured quality assurance and validation processes. </li><li>Continuously improve and automate recurring analytical workflows by developing templates, scripts, and scalable reporting solutions using modern analytical tools. </li><li>Collaborate closely with Commercial, Tech, and Data Engineering teams to improve data availability, reporting quality, and analytical efficiency. </li><li>Support the preparation of client presentations and commercial business cases by providing robust, evidence-based performance analyses. </li><li>Identify opportunities to optimize existing analytical processes and contribute to building scalable structures that support F11's continued growth. </li><li>Act as the commercial data expert, helping non-technical stakeholders understand analytical methodologies and performance drivers in a simple and actionable way. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Who You Are<br/><br/></strong>We welcome different career paths, including:<br/><br/><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Commercial Controlling, Business Intelligence, or a comparable analytical role. </li><li>Experience in retail, FMCG, trade marketing, media, AdTech, or another commercial environment where data is used to measure business performance. </li><li>Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets; experience with SQL is required, while Python or BI tools are a strong advantage. </li><li>Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to independently structure, process, validate, and interpret complex commercial datasets. </li><li>Experience translating analytical results into actionable business recommendations rather than simply reporting numbers. </li><li>Strong understanding of KPIs, campaign performance measurement, commercial controlling, and performance reporting. </li><li>A structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused way of working combined with a high level of ownership and accountability. </li><li>A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving processes through automation, AI, and scalable analytical solutions. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where building new structures and continuously improving existing processes is part of the role. </li><li>Native German skills and fleuncy in English.</li></ul> </div>
