Data Analyst – Germany 📍 Location: Berlin / Munich / Frankfurt / Hamburg (Hybrid / Remote) 💼 Type: Full-time 🚀 About the Role We’re looking for a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and support business decisions in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. 💼 What You’ll Do Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns & insights Build dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Looker Write and optimise SQL queries Support stakeholders with data-driven decision-making Monitor KPIs and performance metrics 🎯 What We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in data analysis Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Python (Pandas) Experience with BI tools & dashboards Basic understanding of statistics Strong analytical thinking & communication skills English required (German is a plus) 💰 What You’ll Get €55,000 – €80,000+ 💸 Hybrid / Remote flexibility 25–30 days annual leave Modern data stack & international team Career growth opportunities Visa sponsorship available
