The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data, helping the organization improve performance, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities.</p>Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.</li><li>Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business objectives.</li><li>Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights through quantitative analysis.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Prepare regular analytical reports and presentations for management.</li></ul>Business Intelligence<ul><li>Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business needs.</li><li>Translate complex data findings into clear and understandable business recommendations.</li><li>Support data-driven decision-making across departments.</li></ul>Data Management<ul><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.</li><li>Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Assist in developing data governance and reporting standards.</li><li>Support database maintenance and optimization initiatives.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Projects<ul><li>Work closely with business, finance, marketing, operations, and IT teams.</li><li>Participate in analytics and digital transformation projects.</li><li>Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and operational improvements.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>1–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.</li><li>Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.</li><li>Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.</li><li>Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based analytics platforms.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; French is highly desirable, and German is an advantage.</li></ul> </div>
