<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>We’re hiring: Customer Success &amp; Solution Implementation Manager, DACH - AR &amp; AI </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Our product Inspect AR is a SaaS platform that combines digital workflows, shop-floor navigation, mobile applications, smart-glasses support and AI-powered knowledge capture.</p><p><br/></p><p>Our customers operate in industrial manufacturing, transportation, rail and pharma/life science. We help them to boost inspections, operational processes, training and frontline execution.</p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for someone who can work closely with frontline teams, site operators, management stakeholders and technical teams to bring customers in DACH from initial discovery to productive rollout with Inspect AR.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your role</strong></p><p>You will take ownership of customer PoCs and pilot projects, from kickoff and use-case discovery to implementation, evaluation and the decision to move into production. After go-live, you will remain a key operational contact for assigned customers and help them increase adoption and business value.</p><p><br/></p><p>The role is primarily focused on solution delivery and customer success, with additional involvement in sales discovery, demonstrations and customer workshops.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Ensures customer PoCs and pilots are implemented successfully, leading to productive customers.</li><li>Act as the main operational contact for key customers to achieve growth per customer.</li><li>Defining project scope, timelines, responsibilities and success criteria</li><li>Configuring Inspect AR and setting up workflows and customer content</li><li>Tracking customer feedback, risks, usage and improvement opportunities</li><li>Identifying expansion opportunities across sites, departments and use cases</li><li>Supporting sales with discovery sessions, demos, workshops and pilot proposals</li><li>Sharing customer insights with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>You will work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering throughout the customer journey and will not be expected to deliver customer projects alone.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>What we're looking for </strong></p><p>You combine strong customer-facing skills with a practical, hands-on working style.
