Its software platform focuses on one of the most difficult areas of corporate decarbonisation: farm-level data and emissions, which often make up the majority of a food company’s overall carbon footprint.</p><p>Having secured significant early-stage funding and gained traction with major European enterprise customers, the business is scaling quickly. This is an opportunity to join a mission-led team where your work supports measurable climate action across one of the world’s most emissions-intensive industries.</p><p><br/></p><p>As a <strong>Customer Success Manager - Climate Advisory</strong>, your mission is to support enterprise customers in calculating their Corporate Carbon Footprint and setting Net Zero targets that drive real climate impact.</p><p>You'll run Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) projects end-to-end using the platform, manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and become the trusted climate advisor customers turn to for guidance. This role sits at the intersection of climate science, data analysis, and client relationship management.</p><p>This role requires presence in the Berlin office. Fluency in German (C1+) and English is required. No previous experience in the climate space is necessary - they'll help you grow into an expert and thought leader.</p><p>What You'll Work On</p><p><strong>Make sense of Corporate Carbon Footprints</strong></p><ul><li>Use the platform to independently run CCF projects, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency</li><li>Translate emission analyses into clear, decision-ready outputs (Excel, presentations) for both technical and executive audiences</li><li>Stay current on GHG Protocol and SBTi developments</li><li>Own the full project lifecycle: timelines, stakeholder expectations, data collection, and emission analysis</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a diverse customer base</li><li>Collaborate with internal Account Management and Customer Success to maintain account health</li><li>Collect customer feedback and work with the Product team to improve the software and offering</li><li>Analyse CO₂ emission patterns and derive corporate-level reduction measures</li><li>Support customers in setting credible, science-based climate targets</li><li>Build lasting connections with customers and become the person they turn to for climate advice</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Fit</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with carbon accounting standards (e.g. GHG Protocol) and proven ability to deliver corporate carbon footprints end-to-end - for clients or in-house</li><li>Comfortable in client-facing roles, managing multiple projects and building strong customer relationships</li><li>Strong quantitative skills and ability to navigate complex datasets</li><li>Able to translate analysis into clear, high-quality presentations and dashboards for internal and executive stakeholders</li><li>Organised and self-directed - comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment</li><li>Fluent in German (C1+) and English</li></ul><p>Ideal background:</p><p>Experience in a formal Customer Success role.</p><p>Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.</p><p>Previous experience working in a startup or boutique consultancy.</p><p>Familiarity with the agriculture sector, particularly dairy.</p><p><br/></p> </div>
