In Germany, we're continuing to grow our presence and strengthen our position within the e-commerce industry.<br/><br/>We believe great partnerships create great results, both for our clients and for our employees.<br/><br/><strong>About The Role<br/><br/></strong>As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting and developing a portfolio of small and mid-sized e-commerce brands.<br/><br/>You'll act as a trusted point of contact, helping clients navigate the platform, answering questions, sharing best practices, and ensuring they get the most value from their partnership with Adtraction. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience while also identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow existing partnerships.<br/><br/><strong><strong>What you’ll do<br/><br/></strong></strong><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners</li><li>Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and day-to-day account support</li><li>Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience</li><li>Supporting onboarding and account development activities<br/><br/></li></ul><strong><strong>What you bring<br/><br/></strong></strong><ul><li>Around 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or another customer-facing role</li><li>A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce, or a related field</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>A customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving</li><li>The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized</li><li>Fluent German and professional English skills<br/><br/></li></ul>We hire based on experience, knowledge and personality, but also potential.
