CRO-Specialist (d/f/m)
<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> We are looking for a A/B Testing & CRO Specialist (d/f/m) for our topic portals team in the tech division at the Freiburg location as soon as possible.<br/><br/><strong>What you can expect:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Set up and maintain testing frameworks, including smoke testing and conversion rate optimization (CVR)</li><li>Define, monitor, and interpret KPIs, including statistical analysis of test results</li><li>Translate product requirements into measurable KPIs and actionable insights</li><li>Analyze and optimize user behavior and conversion drivers across UX, messaging, and decision-making</li><li>Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to identify high-impact improvements</li><li>Create dashboards and reports, and document and communicate results to stakeholders</li><li>Develop and own the experimentation roadmap across the customer journey, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive a data-driven culture<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What you bring with you:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>A degree in psychology, business administration, marketing, statistics, or a comparable field with a strong focus on data and user behavior</li><li>Several years of relevant professional experience in CRO, web analytics, or growth hacking</li><li>Strong statistical expertise </li><li>Advanced knowledge of web analytics and CRO tooling </li><li>Strong understanding of conversion drivers across UX, messaging, and decision-making </li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills</li><li>Nice to have: Experience in a B2B context and SEO & GEO</li><li>Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German (C1)<br/><br/></li></ul>Job ID: REF371Y </div>
