<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> Role : CRM and KYC Business Analyst (Wealth Management)<br/><br/>Location : Geneva Switzerland<br/><br/>Years of Experience : Min. 7+ Years<br/><br/>Type of Hiring : Permanent<br/><br/>Language : French - Advance and English Advanced.<br/><br/>Hybrid : 3 days a week in office. 2 days remote.<br/><br/><strong>Please share only EU/Swiss Nationals or with Valid B/C Work Permits.<br/><br/></strong><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong><strong>Experience required<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the design and development of web applications.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of various analysis methodologies.</li><li>Strong expertise in designing and facilitating workshop series, capturing requirements, and identifying user personas.</li><li>Affinity for user experience, web responsiveness, and, optionally, mobile development.</li><li>Proven expertise in CRM and front office activities.</li><li>Solid understanding of onboarding processes, KYC, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Knowledge of wealth management practices.</li><li>Dynamic and proactive in completing assigned tasks, demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability to change.</li><li>Ability to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.</li><li>Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.</li><li>Autonomy and ability to independently analyze data from various systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, resilience under stress, and ability to manage priorities effectively.</li><li>Proficient in SQL query languages and tools for accessing databases.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).</li><li>Familiarity with APIs, including the use of JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.</li><li>Higher education in Computer Science (University, HES, Federal Diploma, EPF) or equivalent qualifications.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Participate in gathering and analyzing client requirements and write detailed functional specifications.</li><li>Support and assist the IT teams based in Geneva during various cycles.</li><li>Ensure the proper integration of the solutions under your responsibility into the bank's overall information system by conducting FATs/integration tests.</li><li>Support and coordinate testing phases with end users.</li><li>Provide level 3 support in case of production incidents.<br/><br/></li></ul> </div>
