<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for a <strong>Creator Marketing Manager</strong> to join their business in <strong>Germany.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Position Title:</strong></p><p><strong>Creator Marketing Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Position Type:</strong></p><p>FTE</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong></p><p>ASAP</p><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><p>Berlin, Germany</p><p><strong>Contact:</strong></p><p><strong>Stephen Price </strong>| +44(0)1518081052</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end execution of creator-facing activations that drive product awareness, perception, and adoption.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Own and execute creator-facing activations end-to-end, including partnerships, programs, and product education initiatives</li><li>Drive product awareness and adoption by translating marketing strategies into scalable creator touchpoints</li><li>Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard</li><li>Manage and scale education programs focused on content quality, platform understanding, and monetisation readiness</li><li>Act as a marketing generalist across messaging, creative review, execution, and performance tracking</li><li>Monitor, measure, and report on campaign impact, capturing insights and improving future activations</li><li>Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment across all stages of project delivery</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, activations, or related fields</li><li>Proven experience delivering customer-facing or creator-facing initiatives tied to product or commercial outcomes</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners or agencies</li><li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Fluent in English and German</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Experience in experiential marketing, partnerships, or large-scale activations</li><li>Familiarity with the creator economy, digital media, or technology platforms</li><li>Experience working across multiple markets or regions</li><li>Ability to translate product messaging into engaging marketing experiences</li></ul> </div>
