In addition to customer-facing activities, the position contributes to the continuous development and refinement of Innerspace’s training and consulting services. The ideal candidate is highly self-organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in dynamic customer environments while communicating complex topics in a clear and structured way.</p><br/>Aufgaben<br/><ul><br/><li>Lead customer onboarding and implementation for Innerspace training solutions</li><br/><li>Run international customer workshops, training sessions, and qualification activities independently</li><br/><li>Gather customer feedback and turn it into scalable training and consulting improvements</li><br/><li>Develop and continuously improve training and consulting offerings</li><br/><li>Coordinate with customers, internal teams, aseptic experts, and training departments to ensure smooth project execution</li><br/><li>Analyze training results and implementation feedback to optimize service delivery and customer success</li><br/></ul><br/>Qualifikation<br/><ul><br/><li>Background in training, education, or learning sciences with experience delivering professional training programs</li><br/><li>Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and customer engagement skills</li><br/><li>Experience with digital learning tools or data-driven learning approaches is a plus</li><br/><li>Ability to work proactively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments</li><br/><li>Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated industries is a strong advantage</li><br/><li>Fluent in English and German</li><br/><li>Willingness to travel internationally regularly</li><br/></ul><br/>Benefits<br/><ul><br/><li>A minimum gross salary of 60.000 per year (overpayment possible)</li><br/><li>Flexible working time</li><br/><li>Permanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week)</li><br/><li>Mobility package (1-year ticket for public transport in Tyrol or a parking space near the office)</li><br/><li>English/German course together with your team-mates</li><br/><li>A modern office in Innsbruck, in the middle of the Alps</li></ul> </div>
