With a commitment to collaboration, transparency, and performance excellence, we support some of the world's most respected clients across diverse range of sectors.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Supporting the Management team</li><li>Provide support on day-to-day delivery of projects and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision.</li><li>Support knowledge capture, sharing and innovation.</li><li>Support preparation and evaluation of tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation.</li><li>Support risk and value management.</li><li>Support contract administration for relevant contract provisions, monthly reporting, project meetings and other administration-based tasks.</li><li>Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner to a high standard of quality.</li><li>Undertake service delivery is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the business, particularly Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.</li><li>Undertake service in compliance with client’s corporate governance procedures where applicable.</li><li>Achieve all objectives as required by the annual performance review process.</li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and continuous improvement.</li><li>Support development and management of the project programmes and obtaining the buy-in off all stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Knowledge & Skills Required: </strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Developing knowledge of construction industry technical matters.</li><li>Limited technical project management skills. More developed skills around following PM Processes: Risk, Opportunities and Issues, Change control.</li><li>Developing an understanding of the entire project life cycle.</li><li>Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills with both client and staff.</li><li>Support stakeholder management.</li><li>Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>2+ years’ experience</li><li>Degree in Bauingenieurwesen (Bachelor’s/Master’s)</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
