Its products are distributed globally, with Europe representing one of its key strategic markets.</p><p><br/></p><p>Driven by innovation, sustainability, and modern manufacturing excellence, the company continuously develops new collections and surface technologies that shape trends within the ceramic and building materials industry.</p><p>The production operations are recognized for advanced manufacturing standards and environmentally responsible practices, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and long-term sustainable growth.</p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for "<strong>Commercial Excellence Manager</strong>" for their organization.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Takes actions and leads business development projects for product, channel, and customer-specific areas to achieve short-term sales and profitability targets and long-term growth plans,</li><li>Prepares the budget for the region they are responsible for in coordination with sales teams based on channels and products, determines monthly allocations, and develops strategies to ensure budget compliance,</li><li>Directs sales units and plans, manages, and analyzes sales promotions and consumer campaigns to achieve the budgeted sales volume,</li><li>Conducts market and competitor analyses and develops strategy and action plans,</li><li>Provides sales forecasts by market, product category, and series to ensure the Supply Chain Department can accurately plan factory capacity,</li><li>Collects expectations from the field through regular distributor visits, identifies problems, and offers solutions,</li><li>Works on creating discount/price models for products for the relevant markets and determines pricing,</li><li>Manages pricing through regular competitive analysis and takes necessary actions,</li><li>Ensures customer satisfaction and takes actions with other teams based on the results of customer satisfaction surveys,</li><li>Monitors the alignment of communication activities in the market with strategy and approves implementations,</li><li>Supports the organization of local fairs and customer activities.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Who Are We Looking For?</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>At least 8 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales, pricing, or similar fields,</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel,</li><li>Ability to use CRM software and sales tracking systems,</li><li>Good knowledge of financial mathematics,</li><li>Ability to conduct data analyses and develop strategies based on results,</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,</li><li>Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities,</li><li>Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with different departments,</li><li>Result-oriented and proactive work approach,</li><li>Customer-focused with strong communication skills,</li><li>Proficiency in English (both spoken and written),</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate in sales and supply chain processes.</li></ul> </div>
