Position Overview
As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, managing client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our comprehensive supply chain solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor for our key accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of supply chain management and technology to deliver value-driven solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Account Strategy Development:

- Create strategic account plans tailored to each client’s unique business objectives and challenges.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Blue Yonder’s suite of solutions.

- Solution Delivery Management:

- Oversee the implementation and integration of Blue Yonder’s solutions, working closely with project managers, solution architects, and customer success teams.

- Ensure that project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address any arising issues.

- Customer Advocacy:

- Act as an advocate for the client within Blue Yonder, communicating client feedback to product management and development teams to drive product enhancements.

- Present regular updates and progress reports to clients, highlighting achievements, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with client goals.

- Business Development:

- Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing of new business deals.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

Required Experience and Skills

- Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or consulting, preferably within the supply chain software or technology industry.

- Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts and delivering successful projects.

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

- Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.

- Proficiency in using supply chain management software solutions.

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

- Soft Skills:

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
