This role is central to scaling our biomanufacturing infrastructure and expanding mycoprotein and precision fermentation production. The position is a permanent contract (full-time) with a strong international and technical scope.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Your responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead large-scale CAPEX projects (multi-million €) from concept to commissioning</li><li>Own all project phases: FEL, engineering, procurement, construction, and startup</li><li>Manage external partners, EPCM contractors, and internal stakeholder</li><li>Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and operations teams</li><li>Drive process optimization and plant expansion initiatives</li><li>Ensure strict control over budget, timelines, and project risks</li><li>Guarantee compliance with safety, regulatory, and food-grade standards</li><li>Provide strong technical input on fermentation processes and industrial equipment</li><li>Act as a hands-on leader bridging strategy and on-site execution</li><li>Support international project coordination across Europe, Asia, and the America</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Your profile : </p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field</li><li>Around 8–12 years of experience in CAPEX project management in industrial environments</li><li>Proven experience managing full EPCM projects</li><li>Strong expertise in industrial fermentation (biotech, food, or related sector)</li><li>Experience in international and multi-site environments</li><li>Solid project management skills (budget, planning, risk management)</li><li>Strong understanding of industrial process and plant design</li><li>High HSE awareness and regulatory knowledge</li><li>Leadership, autonomy, and ability to manage complex stakeholders</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul><p></p> </div>
