You will identify opportunities, develop strategic relationships with both commercial and institutional stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful activation of partnerships.</span></p><p><span>If you're passionate about mountains, travel, and creating meaningful partnerships, we'd love to hear from you!</span></p><p><br/></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Map and qualify potential partners across target mountain resorts and quickly build tailored prospecting databases.</li><li>Identify and approach commercial partners, including hotels, accommodation providers, ski schools, activity providers, tourism businesses, and transport operators.</li><li>Develop relationships with institutional stakeholders, including destination management organizations, tourism boards, municipalities, lift companies, and senior representatives of mountain resorts.</li><li>Build trust with high-level decision-makers and represent the company professionally in strategic meetings.</li><li>Run multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person meetings and field visits).</li><li>Present the group's products and value proposition, negotiate partnership agreements, and secure long-term collaborations.</li><li>Drive partner activation and coordinate successful launches with internal teams.</li><li>Maintain an organized CRM pipeline, accurate reporting, and regular follow-up with prospects and partners.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams.</li></ul><p><br/></p><strong>Required Skills</strong><ul><li>Native or fluent German (C2/C1) with professional English for internal communication.</li><li>Strong understanding of Austrian business culture and proven experience developing partnerships in Austria.</li><li>Experience working with stakeholders in the mountain tourism ecosystem is highly desirable. Knowledge of South Tyrol and Alpine destinations is a significant advantage.</li><li><strong>Based in Austria and able to travel frequently across the Austrian Alps.</strong></li><li>Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills, including online research, AI-assisted sourcing, and database building.</li><li>Strong "hunter" mentality with previous field Business Development or Sales experience. Comfortable with cold outreach, persistence, and multiple follow-ups via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.</li><li><strong>Excellent diplomatic and relationship-building skills</strong>, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with senior executives, public institutions, and representatives of mountain destinations.</li><li>Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments involving both private and public-sector organizations.</li><li>Highly organized with rigorous CRM discipline and strong follow-up capabilities.</li><li>Proactive, autonomous, flexible, hands-on, and solution-oriented.</li><li>Passion for mountains, tourism, or outdoor sports is a strong plus.</li></ul><p><br/></p>What we offer?<ul><li>Fixed compensation + performance-based bonus.</li><li>Collaboration type: Contract</li><li>All business travel expenses covered.</li><li>100% remote when not travelling for meetings and field visits.</li><li>The opportunity to help shape one of Europe's most ambitious mountain mobility and travel ecosystems.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p> </div>
