We supply our products to more than 120 markets. To provide the best possible service and build close customer relationships, our sales and marketing organisation is divided into five regions. Controllability across the whole organisation is essential, which is why we not only share data but convert it into actionable insights.<br/><br/>The Sales, Marketing &amp; Distribution Controlling (SMDC) Department supports the Furniture Fittings Division with transparent performance reporting, strong business partnering and continuous improvement of our controlling standards.<br/><br/>As Business &amp; Data Analyst, you will be part of a Data Product Team within SMDC Controlling Excellence &amp; Development. You will help shape Data Products already in the Define phase by translating steering needs into implementable requirements and designing solutions that are technically robust, reusable and scalable. Across the lifecycle, you will contribute to analytical datasets, dashboards/reports, validation and documentation.<br/><br/>You will be based at our headquarters in Höchst. Depending on the tasks at hand, travel may be required.<br/><br/><strong>YOU WILL<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and translate them into implementable user stories/technical specs</li><li>contribute feasibility input early (data availability, modelling implications, reuse potential) and propose solution options and trade-offs</li><li>design, build and deploy analytical datasets (data modelling, transformations) as the foundation for Data Products</li><li>design, build and deploy dashboards/reports in Power BI, aligned with agreed KPI logic and interpretation standards</li><li>test and validate implementations end-to-end, run data quality checks and coordinate fixes with Data Engineers/source experts</li><li>document and hand over datasets and reports and continuously improve products based on stakeholder feedback (incl regional operational feedback)<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>WE<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>are looking for a profile with strong skills in translating business requirements into robust, scalable data products and reports</li><li>expect strong Power BI know-how and solid experience in data modelling/transformation</li><li>work in an environment where SAP is a key system – experience with SAP data structures and reporting contexts is a strong advantage</li><li>value clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders and a collaborative, product-oriented mindset</li><li>work internationally, therefore we require advanced proficiency in German and English (additional languages are a plus)<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>WORK ORANGE<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Get off to a good start: A mentor will accompany you during the onboarding process.
