<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Job Title: Senior Data BA / Data Product Lead</p><p><br/></p><p>Location Preference:</p><p>1st: Zurich, Switzerland</p><p>2nd: Anywhere in Switzerland</p><p>3rd: Anywhere in the European Union</p><p><br/></p><p>Experience:</p><p>10–15+ years in Business Analysis, Data Product Management, Data Strategy, or Enterprise Data Programs.</p><p><br/></p><p>Role Summary:</p><p>Lead business-to-data translation for AI Data Foundation by prioritizing data sources, defining data products, establishing governance, and enabling reusable enterprise data assets supporting Market Access AI solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Business leaders and product owners to prioritize enterprise data sourcing and onboarding.</p><p>Define source inventory, metadata, data contracts, business rules, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.</p><p>Translate business requirements into engineering-ready user stories, sprint backlog, and delivery roadmap.</p><p>Coordinate data readiness, validation, traceability, and UAT across multiple AI products.</p><p>Drive collaboration across Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, and AI teams to deliver scalable data products.</p><p><br/></p><p>Required Skills:</p><p>Data Product Management &amp; Business Analysis</p><p>AWS Data Platform concepts and cloud-native architectures</p><p>Data Modeling, Metadata Management, Data Catalogs</p><p>SQL, Data Analysis, Jira, Agile/Scrum</p><p>Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Lineage</p><p>Experience with AI/GenAI, RAG, and enterprise data platforms</p><p>Life Sciences / Pharma / Market Access domain experience preferred</p><p>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation</p> </div>
