Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Continuity Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, evaluate business impact, and ensure preparedness for any disruptive events.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures.

- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses.

- Coordinate and lead BCP/DR testing exercises; identify gaps and recommend improvements.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Work with IT and business units to ensure systems and processes are resilient.

- Maintain documentation and regularly update business continuity plans.

- Provide training and awareness programs across the organization.

- Serve as a key contact during actual disruptions or incidents.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business continuity, risk management, or disaster recovery.

- Strong understanding of BCP/DR frameworks.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Relevant certification is a plus.
