Working at the intersection of HR, IT, data, integration and SAP teams, you will translate business requirements into clear, consistent and technically feasible solutions. A strong understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors data model and relational databases will be essential to assess the impact of system changes, secure data flows and ensure data consistency across the application landscape.</p><p><br/></p><p><u>Mission Objectives :</u></p><ul><li>Gather, analyse and challenge requirements from HR stakeholders</li><li>Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements</li><li>Analyse the SAP SuccessFactors data model and related HR objects</li><li>Understand the relationships and dependencies between HR data entities</li><li>Assess the impact of changes on existing systems, processes and interfaces</li><li>Analyse data using SQL queries when required</li><li>Define business rules, data mappings and transformation requirements</li><li>Document business processes, data models, interfaces and data flows</li><li>Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors, integration, data and architecture teams</li><li>Support data migration, data reconciliation and data quality activities</li><li>Prepare and coordinate functional, integration and user acceptance testing</li><li>Identify data inconsistencies and support their resolution</li><li>Ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Support stakeholders during implementation and deployment phases</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><u>Key Skills :</u></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst on HRIS or SAP SuccessFactors projects</li><li>Strong understanding of HR data models and employee-related data</li><li>Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL</li><li>Ability to understand complex relationships between data entities</li><li>Experience in business requirements gathering and process analysis</li><li>Ability to produce clear functional and technical specifications</li><li>Understanding of system interfaces, APIs and data integration principles</li><li>Experience with data mapping, migration and reconciliation activities</li><li>Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p>Experience with the following would be considered an advantage:</p><ul><li>SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central</li><li>SAP SuccessFactors OData APIs or Compound Employee API</li><li>SAP Integration Suite or SAP Cloud Integration</li><li>SAP HCM or another enterprise HRIS solution</li><li>HR data migration and transformation projects</li><li>Reporting and analytics solutions connected to SuccessFactors</li><li>Data privacy and security requirements related to employee data</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><u>Profile Requi</u>red :</p><ul><li>Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Management or a related field</li><li>Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments</li><li>Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable HRIS solution</li><li>Strong technical understanding of data structures and relational data bases</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with HR, IT, data and integration teams</li><li>Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment</li><li>Structured, pragmatic and delivery-oriented mindset</li><li>Professional proficiency in English</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Speak soon !</p> </div>
