This position is a unique opportunity for a proactive, data-driven, and eager-to-learn individual to develop their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.<br/><br/><br/><br/></p><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong><ul><li><p>Support our supplier logistics team in aligning their needs with business growth objectives.<br/><br/></p></li><li><p>Analyse data to identify opportunities for improving logistics processes, supporting market growth strategies, and enhancing network efficiency.<br/><br/></p></li><li><p>Evaluate business development KPIs to identify trends and recommend process improvements for operational excellence within the Logistics department.<br/><br/></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Contribute to the development of growth strategies and tenders to support international growth and operational scalability.<br/><br/></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct internal audits of logistics systems to ensure accurate implementation of contract details and compliance.<br/><br/></p></li><li><p>Deliver reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that provide actionable insights.<br/><br/></p></li><li><p>Challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders by combining data with business context to recommend the most relevant KPIs and solutions.<br/><br/></p></li><li><p>Ensure data clarity, consistency, and reliability to empower informed, insight-driven logistics decisions.<br/><br/><br/><br/></p></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li><p>2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, business development, supply chain, or logistics.<br/><br/></p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.<br/><br/></p></li><li><p>Strong business acumen: you are curious and genuinely interested in understanding how our company and logistics function operate.
