These are just some of the areas in which we operate!</p><p>We are looking for a hybrid professional who naturally operates between Business and IT.</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys understanding how systems, processes, and people work together and can transform business objectives into practical, implementable solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>This person should be comfortable discussing strategic business goals with Product Owners and stakeholders while also being capable of meaningful technical discussions with architects, developers, and integration teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>The successful candidate is not expected to write code but must understand how enterprise systems interact and how technical solutions are typically delivered.</p><p><br/></p><p>Must have:</p><ul><li>Proven experience (min. 3 years) in a business analyst, PO or IT Lead role for the integrated Web solutions (nice-to-have: Drupal-based portals)</li><li>Ability to analyse the business requirements, identify the functional and technical impact to the product and define the solutions in alignment with the other integrated systems</li><li>Strong interpersonal &amp; leadership skills - communicating clearly with both the product team, managers (BPO, IT Project Manager) and the IT Leaders &amp; developers from the other system teams within the Programme. Driving the solutioning activities in line with the timelines set by the IT Project Manager.</li><li>Proven ability to work in a complex environment - solutioning multiple features at once, understanding the overall scope of the active development, keeping track of the key functional / technical decisions.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>More about profile required :</p><p><br/></p><p>Core Characteristics</p><p><strong>1.
