<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>For our client, a leading company in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced <strong>Business Analyst IAM</strong> to support a major Identity &amp; Access Management transformation initiative.</p><p><br/></p><p>In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, security, and technology, driving IAM governance, role management, and access control processes across the organization.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Lausanne (preferred) or Olten, Switzerland</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP</p><p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Contractor via Hays or Freelancer</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Until 31.12.2026 with a strong likelihood of extension</p><p><strong>Working Model:</strong> Hybrid (up to 2 days remote per week)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Redesign and mature the IAM role model, including business roles, technical roles, birthright access, and role hierarchies</li><li>Lead role mining and role engineering workshops with business stakeholders</li><li>Align IAM role concepts with business requirements and organizational structures</li><li>Define and optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, with a particular focus on the Mover process and automation opportunities</li><li>Coordinate the definition and implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and toxic access combinations</li><li>Design and establish access review and recertification processes based on application criticality and risk</li><li>Drive the establishment of ownership and governance models for applications, roles, and entitlements</li><li>Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, application owners, compliance teams, and IAM technical experts</li><li>Support IAM governance initiatives and contribute to the organization's overall security and compliance posture</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in Identity &amp; Access Management, IAM Governance, or Information Security</li><li>Proven experience designing and implementing RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) models and role engineering concepts</li><li>Strong understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle management</li><li>Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and application owners</li><li>Solid knowledge of IAM governance concepts, including: Segregation of Duties (SoD); access reviews, least priviledge and role lifecycle management</li><li>Strong analytical, documentation, and business process modelling skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities</li><li>Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving business, IT, security, and compliance teams</li><li>Fluent English is required; German and/or French is considered a strong advantage</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's in It for You?</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Opportunity to shape and drive IAM strategy and governance in a large-scale enterprise environment</li><li>Work closely with senior stakeholders across business, security, and IT functions</li><li>Join a strategic transformation program with enterprise-wide visibility and impact</li><li>Long-term assignment with strong extension prospects</li><li>Flexible hybrid working model</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>If this opportunity sounds interesting to you, feel free to apply directly or reach out for a confidential discussion.
