You will be part of an engaged and informal team who values skill and knowledge creation.</p><p><br/></p><p>Please note that this is a 12-months maternity leave cover contract.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Monitor, analyse and report on the ex-factory and in-market sales in the European ALK markets</li><li>Manage compliance of ALK supply integrity policy</li><li>Manage communication with all stakeholders</li><li>Manage planning and forecasting of net Ex-Factory sales across European markets</li><li>Support cost planning and reporting</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Manage compliance of supply integrity policy in ALK and maintain all implemented control mechanisms</li><li>Manage communication with all stakeholders</li><li>Analyze and report on parallel trade for Region Europe</li><li>Analyze large data sets</li><li>Align corrections in importing and exporting markets</li><li>Monitor real patient demand for exporting and importing markets</li><li>Further develop and improve systems and processes</li><li>Prepare, analyze and comment on Management reporting</li><li>Pro-active communication with stakeholders</li><li>Budget Planning and Forecasting for sales and cost</li><li>Further develop and improve reports</li><li>Project work</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><em>Education:</em></p><ul><li>Bachelor or master degree in Finance, Controlling or similar</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><em>Experience:</em></p><ul><li>1-2 years in analysis of data</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><em>Skills and competences:</em></p><ul><li>Good IT skills (Excel, BI, Think-cell)</li><li>Very good in English</li><li>Self-contained and goal oriented work style</li><li>Proactivity</li><li>Great communication and presentation skills</li><li>Customer orientation (internal as well as external)</li><li>Very good analytical skills</li><li>Project management skills</li></ul> </div>
