You will work closely with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and shape analytics capabilities, translating business needs into scalable end-to-end analytics solutions.</p><p>We are looking for someone who understands the broader analytics landscape, enjoys working closely with the business, and can help design effective data-driven solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and challenge business requirements for analytics solutions.</li><li>Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and scalable end-to-end solution designs.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.</li><li>Support multiple analytics initiatives by identifying business priorities and helping shape the analytics roadmap.</li><li>Coordinate testing, business validation and successful deployment of new analytics capabilities.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing analytics solutions and processes.</li><li>Act as the key interface between business and technology, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving collaboration.</li><li>Stay up to date with modern analytics technologies and best practices.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3+ years of experience</strong> as a Business Analyst in <strong>Data &amp; Analytics</strong>, Business Intelligence or a similar domain.</li><li>Strong understanding of data, analytics and reporting, with the ability to design end-to-end business solutions.</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Dynamic, hands-on and proactive personality with a strong ownership mindset.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel initiatives.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
