This is a <strong>business-facing role</strong> focused on <strong>business transformation, business specification, and gap analysis</strong> — translating strategic business intent into actionable specifications that shape the future Collections & Recovery operating model.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><u><br/>Key Responsibilitie</u></strong></p><p>s1. Business Transformatio</p><ul><li>nPartner with business stakeholders to shape the target operating model for Collections & Recovery (Pre-delinquency, Soft/Hard Collections, Legal Recovery, Post-write-off)</li><li>.Drive process re-engineering and standardization aligned to CRWnp capabilities and regulatory expectations (KWG, GwG, BaFin guidance)</li><li>.Identify and propose business value levers — cost-to-collect reduction, recovery rate uplift, customer experience improvement, and regulatory compliance</li></ul><p>.2.<strong><u> Business Specificatio</u></strong>n (Core</p><ul><li>)Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Business Specifications that clearly articulate business intent, scope, and outcomes</li><li>.Translate strategic business needs into process-aligned use cases, user stories, and business rules</li><li>.Define business KPIs and success criteria for each capability rollout</li><li>.Ensure specifications cover the end-to-end Collections & Recovery lifecycle: Pre-delinquency, Collections (soft & hard), Recovery (legal / post-write-off)</li></ul><p>.3.<strong><u> Gap Analysi</u></strong></p><ul><li>sConduct As-Is vs. To-Be gap analysis across processes, data, and capabilities</li><li>.Map business requirements to CRWnp solution capabilities and identify functional, process, data, and regulatory/compliance gaps</li><li>.Recommend enhancement opportunities and prioritize based on business value and feasibility</li></ul><p>.4.<strong><u> Process Documentatio</u></strong></p><ul><li>nDocument As-Is and To-Be processes for Collections & Recovery</li><li>.Create process models using Adonis, including process flows, decision points, and exception handling scenarios</li><li>.Maintain process libraries and reference architecture for ongoing transformation</li></ul><p>.5.<strong><u> Stakeholder Managemen</u></strong></p><ul><li>tCollaborate with business stakeholders (Collections, Recovery, Risk, Compliance, Operations) and IT / Architecture / Delivery teams</li><li>.Conduct requirement workshops bilingually in German and English, ensuring effective communication with German-speaking business users and global delivery teams</li><li>.Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring shared understanding of transformation goals</li></ul><p>.6.<strong><u> Data & Functional Detailin</u></strong></p><ul><li>gDefine data requirements (DPD, customer, exposure, payments)</li><li>.Define business rules (segmentation, prioritization, escalation, treatment strategy)</li><li>.Support integration with core systems (loan, CRM, payment platforms)</li></ul><p>.7.<strong><u> Testing & Validatio</u></strong></p><ul><li>nSupport UAT definition and execution from a business perspective</li><li>.Drive scenario validation for collections and recovery flows</li><li>.Ensure requirements traceability (BRD → FSD → Test cases → Business outcomes)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>.Mandatory Skill</strong></p><ul><li>sGerman language proficiency (C1 or above) — Mandator</li><li>y10+ years as a Business Analyst with deep Collections & Recovery domain expertis</li><li>eProven experience in business transformation programs in banking / financial service</li><li>sStrong skills in business specification writing, gap analysis, and process modeling (Adonis</li><li>)Experience with regulatory frameworks relevant to Collections (KWG, GwG, BaFin</li></ul><p><strong>)Good-to-Have Skill</strong></p><ul><li>sExposure to CRWnp or similar Collections workbench platform</li><li>sFamiliarity with AI / automation use cases in Collections (predictive risk, treatment optimization</li><li>)Agile / SAFe experienc</li></ul><p><br/></p>e </div>
