The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, improve billing processes, and drive the implementation of BillingPlatform and related financial systems. You will play a key role in solution design, testing, process optimisation, and ensuring seamless integration across the organisation's technology landscape.<br/><br/></p>Key Skills and Experience Required<br/><br/><ul><li>Strong experience working with BillingPlatform Billing and/or Revenue Recognition.</li><li>Background with enterprise billing, CRM, or ERP platforms such as Zuora, Aria, Salesforce, or Oracle.</li><li>Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document complex business and functional requirements.</li><li>Experience translating business needs into practical system solutions and functional specifications.</li><li>Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies, including Agile and traditional project approaches.</li><li>Hands-on experience with system, integration, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing.</li><li>Ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.</li><li>Knowledge of financial services business processes and billing operations.</li><li>Experience evaluating solution options and supporting technology selection decisions.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical teams, business users, and senior leadership.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making.</li><li>Experience delivering user training and supporting change adoption across business teams.</li><li>Ability to estimate work effort, manage priorities, and contribute to successful project delivery.</li><li>Previous experience mentoring junior analysts or providing guidance within project teams is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.<br/></li></ul><p>Darwin Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p> </div>
