Location: Geneve Workload: 100% Start date: To be discussed Context: The Business Analyst supports digital project delivery in a regulated Swiss environment. The role is positioned close to business stakeholders and acts as a key interface between business needs and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, analyse and challenge business requirements • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories • Contribute to project and product roadmaps • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and QA teams • Participate in solution design, prototyping and UAT • Support continuous improvement initiatives Experience & Skills: • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst • Ideal profile: 4–6 years • Experience within Swiss insurance, healthcare or financial services is a strong asset • Strong documentation and communication skills • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence • Understanding of digital platforms and SDLC Language Requirements: • French: minimum C1 (mandatory) • English: professional level
