<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior Business Engineer – Payment Transactions (Banking)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Zurich, Switzerland</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time / Permanent</p><p><strong>Industry:</strong> Banking &amp; Financial Services</p><p><strong>Language Spoken: </strong>English and German fluency</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Senior Business Engineer</strong> with a strong background in <strong>banking payment transactions</strong> to join a strategic transformation program for a leading financial institution in Switzerland.</p><p>If you have extensive experience in <strong>payment processing, ISO 20022, business analysis, and banking system integration</strong>, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze, design, and support the implementation of business solutions for payment transaction processes.</li><li>Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.</li><li>Develop functional and technical concepts at Epic and Feature level.</li><li>Lead workstreams and manage end-to-end change requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.</li><li>Define interface requirements and data flows between banking systems and third-party applications.</li><li>Coordinate business and technical requirements across multiple teams.</li><li>Ensure solutions comply with operational resilience and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>Several years of experience as a Business Engineer or Senior Business Analyst in the banking industry.</li><li>Strong experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and process modeling.</li><li>Hands-on experience with payment transaction systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>ISO 20022</strong>, including <strong>CAMT</strong> and <strong>MX messages</strong>.</li><li>Experience defining interface specifications, technical data models, and non-functional requirements.</li><li>Good understanding of banking system integration and data flows.</li><li>Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum and/or SAFe).</li><li>Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Business Continuity Management (BCM) experience.</li><li>Knowledge of MiniSIC payment processes.</li><li>Experience with digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with FINMA operational resilience requirements.</li><li>IREB and/or ITIL certification.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
