At the same time, the candidate must be capable of managing it, so they should have relevant experience.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Able to independently manage complex projects from a business/analytical perspective</li><li>Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management</li><li>Ability to lead structured discussions with stakeholders strong communication skills</li><li>Experience creating and managing functional requirements</li><li>Prioritize requirements based on their business impact</li><li>Ability to maintain overview of project progress, escalate issues and propose solutions</li><li>Consultant type (ideally from Big4), not purely technical specialist/developer/data analyst</li><li>Business-oriented person with analytical thinking (i.e., not focused solely on technical solutions)</li><li>Basic knowledge of data analysis, for example SQL or Python (technical work constitutes approximately 20% of the job, basic practical knowledge is sufficient)</li><li>Advantage: previous experience in risk, risk management, compliance, finance, or regulated environments.</li></ul> </div>
