The role involves working closely with Sales, Trading, Operations, and Technology teams to drive business requirements, platform improvements, and client onboarding initiatives.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Gather and document business requirements from Front Office and Operations stakeholders.</li><li>Support enhancements across pricing, trading, booking, confirmations, and reconciliation processes.</li><li>Manage onboarding of counterparties and issuers via FIX and API integrations.</li><li>Support secondary market trading and structured product issuance workflows.</li><li>Coordinate testing, UAT, and production releases.</li><li>Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li>3–8 years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Structured Products, Derivatives, or Securities.</li><li>Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle processes.</li><li>Experience with FIX Protocol and/or API integrations.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Experience working with Trading, Sales, or Structuring teams is preferred.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>NO VISA SPONSORED!!</p> </div>
