You will excel in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, utilizing your exceptional communication and analytical skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.<br/><br/><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Gather and Analyze Requirements: Facilitate requirement workshops to gather and document business requirements, utilizing strong impact analysis and gap analysis abilities to ensure effective stakeholder management.</li><li> Map Processes and Use Cases: Develop process and use case maps to analyze business cases and guide technical and vendor teams in delivering solutions that meet business needs.</li><li> Communicate with Stakeholders: Liaise between lines of business and the development team, articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to ensure seamless collaboration and solution delivery.</li><li> Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Effectively manage stakeholders and users throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.</li><li> Guide Technical Teams: Analyze business cases and provide guidance to technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.</li><li> Contribute to the design of innovative E- Government solutions, which make a difference to Swiss Public Clients and Swiss citizens.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Individual career path</li><li>Access to countless trainings and certification offerings</li><li>A knowledge sharing culture</li><li>An environment where you are actively contributing your ideas</li><li>The possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companies<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Required Technical And Professional Expertise<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis, preferably in the public sector</li><li>CPRE Foundation Level certificate or equivalent </li><li>Extensive knowledge and experience in SQL</li><li>Excellent understanding of business processes and use cases</li><li>Strong business orientation with outstanding analytical problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Fluent in German and English (written &amp;spoken)</li><li>Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport</li></ul> </div>
