Business Analyst

<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join an Agile Release Train (ART) and support Agile teams in translating business needs into clear, structured and implementable requirements.<br/><br/>The role will work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers and Development Teams to ensure that delivered features are aligned with business objectives and properly defined within the backlog<br/><br/>The role requires an on-site presence at the Client’s premises for 4 days per week, with 1 day per week available in smart working mode. <strong>Technical Skills</strong> <strong>Key Collaborations<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Key Responsibilities</li><li>Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories</li><li>Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the team backlog</li><li>Define acceptance criteria and clarify requirements with development teams</li><li>Participate in ART events (PI Planning, backlog refinement, system demos, etc.)</li><li>Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams</li><li>Support the functional validation of delivered solutions</li><li>Strong functional analysis and business process analysis capabilities</li><li>Ability to produce clear specifications, diagrams and documentation</li><li>Data interpretation and understanding of relational data structures</li><li>Requirements analysis and process understanding</li><li>Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria</li><li>Experience with Jira and Confluence</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively between business and IT stakeholders</li><li>Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks</li><li>Agile or Business Analysis certifications (Scrum, IIBA, BABOK or similar) are considered a plus</li><li>Product Owner</li><li>Product Manager</li><li>Development Team</li><li>Scrum Master</li><li>What We Offer</li><li>We offer a permanent employment contract with a compensation package aligned with your experience, along with technical and managerial training programs designed to enhance your talent and support your professional growth.<br/><br/></li></ul>This opportunity is open to candidates of all genders (L.903/77 – L.125/91).
