Desirable: CBAP or other IIBA certification.</p><p>• Experience using the proven frameworks such as SCRUM software development framework (ideally including SCRUM master or product owner certification or equivalent such as CPOA or PSPO)</p><p>• Experience in performing the role of a business analyst in large-scale ITsoftware application development projects with dozens of stakeholders.</p><p>• Good knowledge and experience in using tools to document processes and workflows, such as Use Case Diagrams, User stories, Data andProcess Flow Diagrams etc.</p><p>• Good knowledge in measuring and tracking delivery of systems as fit for purpose and in accordance with agreed requirements (KPIs, quality</p><p>measurements &amp; control points)</p><p>• Experience with large and complex customer data related initiatives and related technologies</p><p>• Confident communicator and team player, with advanced/proficient level written and verbal English communication skills</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Experience Required</strong>:</p><p>10 years of professional experience in Business Analysis in the context of IT integration,</p><p>digital services and digital transformation.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Context</strong>:</p><p>The resource will work within the Information and Communications Technology Department, reporting to the</p><p>Senior Portfolio Manager. This assignment is to support the continued delivery of digital initiatives and the</p><p>deployment of common digital capabilities which connect multiple IT platforms of ORG’s fee-paying services</p><p>such as PCT, Madrid, and the Hague system, as well as other outward facing digital services.</p><p><br/></p><p>This assignment is to support the continued delivery of digital initiatives and the deployment of common</p><p>digital capabilities which connect multiple IT platforms of ORG’s fee-paying services, as well as other outward</p><p>facing digital services.</p><p><br/></p><p>The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the design, implementation and monitoring of</p><p>digital initiative features, as well as assisting the Senior Portfolio Manager and Project Managers in the</p><p>project execution; and carrying out other specialized activities to effectively support the work of the unit’s</p><p>initiatives. The role is primarily focused on business analysis, with some experience in product management</p><p>to support feature definition, prioritization and delivery activities.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Tasks and Deliverables</strong></p><p>The Business Analyst will form part of the portfolio delivery team and provide the required expertise to define</p><p>and document clear and unambiguous business requirements that will be used to build the different</p><p>components of ORG’s digital services, using an interactive/agile approach towards software development.</p><ul><li>Analyze and document business processes in relation to ORG registration and fee-paying systems and other outward facing applications in consultation with system users and internal experts. At least one business process is documented every two months.</li><li>Develop and document clear and unambiguous business requirements, functional specifications, use case diagrams, data and process flow diagrams, user stories and related artifacts as required. At least one specification documented every month in JIRA.</li><li> Identify and propose business process related improvements and optimizations considering the shift from isolated application development and operations to a more converged customer experience and integrated digital services approach for the portfolio of applications relevant to the team.</li><li>Take on an active role within portfolio and project delivery teams that build digital service components based on an iterative/agile approach towards software development. Work in close collaboration with business users and system developers to ensure that user requirements are well understood, defined, communicated and implemented within the final product.</li><li> Support feature definition, backlog refinement and prioritization activities, in coordination with the Senior Portfolio Manager, Project Managers, business users and development teams.</li><li> Actively participate in monthly sprint planning sessions.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing during interactive development cycles to ensure that products meet functional specifications and customer quality expectations. One round of testing per month.</li><li>Assist the project team to define and implement suitable tools and techniques to ensure rapid delivery of the required software components.</li><li>Perform other tasks as required.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
