Safra Sarasin is looking for an experienced, sharp and curious Business Analyst to join its Process Excellence department. As a successful candidate, you will be at the center of designing better ways of working and driving enterprise-wide transformation.<br/><br/><strong> Your Responsibilities <br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Map, analyze, and document end-to-end banking processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities </li><li>Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders across all units taking part in the process </li><li>Drive process improvement initiatives in close collaboration with business owners </li><li>Build business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI models to support change initiatives </li><li>Facilitate workshops and working groups with cross-functional teams </li><li>Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials </li><li>Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement outcomes </li><li>Support the rollout of new systems, tools, or regulatory changes by bridging business and technology teams<br/><br/></li></ul><strong> Your Profile <br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Higher education such as FH/University degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or an equivalent qualification </li><li>3–6 years of Business Analyst experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or a consulting environment </li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex banking processes and work thoroughly, flexibly, and independently </li><li>Good communicator and team player with an active attitude, taking full ownership of tasks and delivering measurable process improvements </li><li>Solution-oriented with a pragmatic approach and readiness to closely work with colleagues and stakeholders across operations, compliance, and technology </li><li>Ability to work under pressure, to prioritize competing demands, and to take clear decisions in a fast-paced banking environment </li><li>Fluency in English and either French or German; Fluency in other languages is an advantage<br/><br/></li></ul><strong> Your Benefits <br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Entrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank </li><li>Central city office locations across Switzerland </li><li>Above average insurance coverage fully borne by the bank </li><li>Contribution to health insurance and meal allowance </li><li>Global growth strategy and stable environment </li><li>Competitive offering</li></ul> </div>
