This organization is committed to improving quality of life and strengthening regional infrastructure, offering a dynamic environment where your contributions truly make a difference.<br/><br/>The Role<br/><br/><ul><li> Analyze business processes in device exchange and grid connection from an end-to-end perspective, focusing on cross-departmental interfaces and dependencies.</li><li> Define and regularly determine KPIs to control and evaluate relevant processes, delving deep into data structures to define queries and dashboards.</li><li> Identify errors and process optimization opportunities, coordinating them across the company in interdisciplinary working groups and driving their implementation.</li><li> Push forward developments, including automations and workarounds, within development projects and coordinate internal mass corrections to data.</li><li> Conceptually prepare for new legal topics in device exchange and grid connection processes, taking central roles in relevant projects and training internal and external employees.</li><li> Handle escalations and ensure rapid problem-solving with a strong customer focus.<br/><br/></li></ul>What You'll Need<br/><br/><ul><li> A successfully completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Energy Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field.</li><li> Very good German language skills (C2-level) and English language skills (B2-level), both written and spoken.</li><li> At least 5 years of professional experience in the German energy industry with in-depth knowledge of energy-related processes, focusing on device and grid connection processes.</li><li> Experience with SAP ISU or SAP S/4 Utilities, with initial exposure to SAP MCM and SAP IM4G modules, and familiarity with master data and table structures in SAP S/4 Utilities.</li><li> Ability to analyze complex relationships structurally and view challenges as opportunities.</li><li> Resilience in the face of difficulties, always keeping the vision and goal in mind while questioning existing work methods to improve efficiency.<br/><br/></li></ul>What's On Offer<br/><br/><ul><li> Contribute to and experience the expansion of digital grids through intelligent metering systems.</li><li> Collaborate with development projects within a major corporate group, building a company-wide network.</li><li> Strong commitment to work-life balance with flexible working hours, 30 days of annual leave, and hybrid work options.</li><li> Attractive compensation package, including Christmas bonuses, sick pay supplements, accident insurance, and company pension scheme.<br/><br/></li></ul>Apply via Haystack today!<br/><br/> </div>
