<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Brand Activation Manager (m/f/d) – Remote (Germany)</p><p>About the Role</p><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced <strong>Brand Activation Manager</strong> to join a leading international consumer health business. This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into impactful in-market activation plans, ensuring best-in-class execution across Germany through close collaboration with Brand, Sales, Commercial and Insights teams.</p><p>Working cross-functionally, you will play a key role in bringing brand strategies to life, driving commercial success, and delivering outstanding shopper and customer activation across multiple channels.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Translate brand strategy and commercial objectives into clear, actionable activation plans.</li><li>Partner closely with Brand, Consumer &amp; Shopper Insights (CS&amp;I), Sales and Commercial teams to deliver effective market activation.</li><li>Define distribution priorities, pricing positioning and reach ambitions based on brand strategy, market dynamics and consumer insights.</li><li>Develop in-store activation plans and point-of-sale materials that maximise shopper engagement and commercial impact.</li><li>Build and manage an integrated activation calendar covering promotions, advertising, seasonal campaigns and retail activation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define healthcare professional (HCP) activation priorities where relevant.</li><li>Ensure alignment between local market priorities and wider regional marketing strategies.</li><li>Monitor campaign execution, track KPIs and analyse performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li><li>Present activation strategies and campaign plans to Sales teams and key internal stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure consistent execution while balancing commercial priorities and local market requirements.</li></ul><p>About You</p><ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.</li><li>Several years' experience in <strong>Brand Activation, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Brand Management</strong>, ideally within FMCG, Consumer Health or OTC.</li><li>Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into successful in-market activation.</li><li>Strong understanding of shopper marketing, retail execution, pricing, distribution and consumer insights.</li><li>Experience managing promotional calendars, retail activation and point-of-sale campaigns.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical and KPI tracking skills.</li><li>Confident working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Commercial and Insights teams.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Highly organised, proactive and execution-focused.</li><li>Fluent German and English are essential.</li></ul><p>What's on Offer</p><ul><li>Fully remote role based in Germany.</li><li>Opportunity to join a well-established international consumer health organisation with a portfolio of recognised brands.</li><li>High levels of autonomy and ownership within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.</li><li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Excellent opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
