You will work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, IT and business stakeholders to further develop the company's BI capabilities and make data more accessible across the organisation.<br/><br/></p>Your Responsibilities<br/><br/><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain <strong>Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic data models</strong></p></li><li><p>Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical data solutions</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of existing BI solutions and gradually bring more capabilities in-house</p></li><li><p>Support data, digitalisation and analytics projects across the wider organisation<br/><br/></p></li></ul>Technology &amp; Data Environment<br/><br/><ul><li><p><strong>Microsoft Azure</strong> as the core cloud platform, including Azure Data Lake Gen2</p></li><li><p><strong>Azure Synapse Analytics</strong> for data processing, analytics and data warehousing</p></li><li><p><strong>Power BI</strong>, including semantic models, DAX and modern BI reporting</p></li><li><p>Structured data layers and modern data modelling approaches, with openness to alternative BI technologies such as Tableau<br/><br/></p></li></ul>Your Profile<br/><br/><ul><li><p>Degree in <strong>Business Informatics, Business Administration with an Analytics focus, Computer Science</strong> or a comparable qualification</p></li><li><p>Ideally <strong>1-3 years of experience</strong> in BI, Analytics, Consulting, Start-ups or an in-house environment</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>Power BI or comparable BI tools</strong>, together with a solid understanding of SQL and data modelling</p></li><li><p>Analytical, structured and hands-on approach, with strong communication skills and<strong> fluent German</strong>; experience with Azure or modern data platforms is advantageous<br/><br/></p></li></ul>Offer &amp; Location<br/><br/><ul><li><p><strong>€55,000-€70,000 salary</strong> with a flexible hybrid working model</p></li><li><p><strong>2 days onsite per week in Munich</strong>, with flexible working hours</p></li><li><p><strong>30 days' holiday</strong> plus additional benefits including pension, bike leasing and corporate benefits</p></li><li><p>A collaborative MedTech environment with <strong>flat hierarchies, strong autonomy and the opportunity to shape the BI function</strong></p></li></ul><p>If you are interested or know someone that might be, please feel free to reach out over LinkedIn.</p> </div>
