The role is focused on driving high-quality requirements engineering, strengthening alignment between business and technical stakeholders, and enabling efficient, value-driven product delivery across the full software development lifecycle. Acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders, UX/design teams, developers, testers, and technical delivery teams, the Business Analyst will ensure clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement throughout project execution.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key responsibilities include gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements; improving processes; supporting UI and solution design; creating functional and technical specifications; and writing clear, actionable user stories for development teams. The role also includes backend and interface analysis, defining REST/JSON APIs, and contributing to BDD/TDD artefacts to support quality delivery using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance analysis quality, collaboration, documentation efficiency, and delivery outcomes.</p><p><br/></p><p>Success will be measured through high-quality documentation, approved and scalable solutions, strong stakeholder alignment, timely delivery milestones, and effective collaboration across business, development, testing, and design teams.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Objectives:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct structured requirements elicitation with business and technical stakeholders</li><li>Perform critical analysis to ensure completeness, feasibility, and consistency</li><li>Identify gaps, risks, and functional enhancement opportunities</li><li>Produce high-quality user stories aligned with business value</li><li>Write clear and structured functional and technical specifications</li><li>Map business processes and define REST/JSON APIs</li><li>Document backend integrations and interface specifications</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Gather, analyse, and document functional and technical requirements</li><li>Produce high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria</li><li>Write comprehensive functional and technical specifications</li><li>Map business processes and workflows</li><li>Define APIs and integration requirements</li><li>Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional meetings</li><li>Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery teams</li><li>Produce meeting minutes, action logs, and decision records</li><li>Clarify requirements throughout development sprints/releases</li><li>Validate delivered solutions against agreed requirements</li><li>Support QA teams in reviewing test scenarios and coverage</li><li>Contribute to BDD/TDD artefacts and quality assurance processes</li><li>Ensure business expectations are translated accurately into technical solutions</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across analysis and delivery practices</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills needed</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience in Banking / Financal sector</li><li>Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payments, lending, risk, compliance, or digital banking</li><li>Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Release Management</li><li>Experience working in Agile delivery environments</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of APIs, REST services, JSON, integrations, backend systems</li><li>Experience writing user stories, specifications, workflows, and process documentation</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Hands-on usage of AI tools and/ enterprise LLM solutions</li><li>Understanding of MCP servers, AI orchestration, or automation frameworks</li></ul> </div>
