Following recent team changes (two engineers have moved to other functions), we need:</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Backend Engineer</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Platform backend engineering across conversation orchestration services, WebSocket/WebRTC bridges, event processing pipelines</li></ul><p><br/></p><ul><li>Background: 3+ years backend; <strong>TypeScript</strong> required; <strong>NestJS</strong> strongly preferred; NATS JetStream or Kafka; WebSocket/real-time systems; MongoDB; Redis; hexagonal architecture; familiarity with functional programming patterns (Result/Task types, RxJS)</li></ul> </div>
