ALTEN Switzerland’s activities cover all the main strategical areas of the Swiss market in Life Sciences, Engineering &amp; IT Services.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an <strong>AVALOQ Developer / Technical Business Analyst</strong> with the ability to drive high-value initiatives and contribute to the success of a leading international financial institution.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders.</li><li>Produce clear and detailed functional specifications and ensure their proper understanding by technical teams.</li><li>Contribute to the integration, enhancement, and evolution of solutions within the Avaloq platform.</li><li>Design, execute, and coordinate functional and integration testing activities.</li><li>Support business users throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.</li><li>Provide Level 3 support and contribute to the resolution of production incidents.</li><li>Analyze existing system architecture and recommend improvements, optimizations, and industrialization opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.</li><li>Participate in Agile initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement activities.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within the banking industry.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with the Avaloq platform, ideally supported by an Avaloq certification or several years of practical experience.</li><li>Excellent understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, and Financial Products.</li><li>Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements management, and functional design.</li><li>Solid knowledge of SQL, database technologies, and scripting/programming.</li><li>Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent French and English at B2 level or above.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>At Alten, we offer you the security of a permanent contract while also giving you the liberty to work with multiple prestigious clients.
