We are currently assisting an industrial client in Austria with a large-scale leadership restructuring and need a technical hand to build out the internal data visualization interface they will use to track these changes. This fully remote position offers the chance to contribute to concrete tools that provide transparency to executive boards.<br/><br/><strong>About the Role<br/></strong>The Associate Frontend Engineer will help build the internal tools and dashboards we use to present organizational data to our clients. This is an entry-level position focused on creating precise, clear, and functional user interfaces. You will spend your time translating structural data into visual components that help executives understand the friction points in their organizations.<br/><br/><strong>Employment Setup<br/></strong>This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote role. You will be hired by Braun Management, founded in the United States, to support our projects across Europe. The role is open to candidates based in Austria and other regions who can maintain significant overlap with Central European Time. You must already possess the legal right to work in your country of residence as we do not provide visa sponsorship. You will report directly to the Technical Director. The hiring process involves a brief technical interview, a short practical exercise, and a conversation about your approach to building functional software.
