Associate Director, Consolidation and Reporting (m/f/d)

About your tasks:

- Execute and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes across the group

- Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure timely, accurate results in collaboration with multiple departments in the company

- Oversee and execute non-financial reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements

- Ensure full IFRS compliance and support group audit processes

- Prepare the consolidated annual report, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with reporting standards

- Provide strategic input and guidance as the senior point of contact for consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters

- Coach and work alongside a team of ~5 accounting professionals, building expertise and delivering results together

- Extensive experience in financial reporting, ideally with an audit background and international scope

- Strong IFRS knowledge, with ESRS/CSRD familiarity considered a plus

- CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred

- You're comfortable navigating across departments and engaging with diverse stakeholders

- English proficiency required; Dutch or German is an advantage

- You care about accuracy, structure, and enabling better business decisions through data
